I love these crackers. I brought them to a workshop last weekend and then delivered some to friends and the consensus was that they’re delicious and the recipe needs to be shared. The base is a thin, crispy (and gluten-free) flax cracker topped with a layer of chocolate and sprinkled with toasted fennel seeds. They’re a healthy (dark chocolate is good for you right?), tasty snack that you won’t regret making. As always, the recipe is below but some handy tips to keep in mind follow it and I suggest reading through those before starting.
